Drawing Reality: Works from the Aristides Atelier Exhibition
June 1-July 17, 2019
For the second consecutive year, Alumni and current students from the Aristides Atelier in collaboration with Seattle’s Gage Academy of Art presents an exhibition at the Mayhill Museum of Art that examines the importance of developing drawing skills, as well as understanding drawing as a finished art form.
“This outstanding selection of drawings from the Aristides Atelier is further evidence of the rise of contemporary representational art- and it’s here to stay.”—Louise Palermo, Curator of Education
